Delivery
Delivery is free of charge in West Central Scotland (other area’s p.o.a.). A purchase order number must be provided before a delivery can occur. Orders are delivered to business premises only. Someone must be in attendance to receive goods and sign relevant delivery documentation.
Returns
You may return any new and unopened items within 30 days for a full refund (except for corporate logo items). A credit note will be raised within 3 days. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will arrange to uplift these items. Payment
Terms are strictly 30 days nett from month end. Goods will remain the property of Westpoint Distributors (Scot) Ltd until paid for in full. A fully completed credit application form must be submitted and approved before any transaction can be made.
